PRESENTATION OF ADEIDADEID is an registered non-governmental social and environmental association since 1990. Its objectives are to bring together helps, ADEID has therefore, puts together certain programs and projects that will help it attain its objectives and contribute towards fighting poverty. His strategies based essentially on participative means and coherence on its action and sectorial strategy of the state. If he arrives by associating all the beneficiary population on all stages of action, notably on the conception of projects ideals evaluation while passing through elaboration the putting in place and the follow up of projects. The participation of the beneficiaries either in cash or in kind is a fonder mental principle. The e type of analysis and environmental impacts all the time has sheared or through more lights on the elaboration and the execution of projects processes. Being in partnership with the state has always been in search and many of our activities were obeying to the development and government objectives. The administrative authority has to be well informed of our activities and with the collaboration of the local decentralise bodies as well as the quarter-heads. For example, many of our actions during promotional show and workshop seminars were usually opened and closed by the governor or his representative, the senior divisional officer or his representative, the assistant divisional officer or his representative as well as proven ional delegates. From 1998 up till date, ADEID has brought in certain numbers of projects with so many types of partners as an O.P. ADEID has offered his services to national and international partners FIMAC and ASPPA of Ministry of Agriculture for example, in other to professionalise agriculture and development of subsidiaries have been supported what has permitted him to obtain his objectives. Today, he has offered his expertise to MINIPAD for the elaboration of Programme National de developpement Participative (National Program of Participatory Development) whose objective is to put in place a progressive decentralisation procedure as well as to bring in help in development of urban and communities. ADEID is then looking forward to developing his proper program. The results obtained are many, at the rural level, so many GICs or common initiative groups or development associations were put in place and followed. Many of it was elaborated and the projects were executed with our proper effort. For example, 15 projects have been financed by FIMAC and many GICs have been financed by embassies. At the level of environmental protection and durable agriculture, an end was put to erosion and leguminous plants were introduced according to the participative and the protection of forest and biodiversity in general has received a favourable echo in the name of the authority and that of the population. The impacts of many activities are visible especially the agricultural turn over on the protection of land with rubber as well as the expansion of agriculture on the national plan. The difficulty of access to resources as well as difficulties to increase the means to reinforce the capacity of the team members notably through internship abroad was the principal obstacle at the base of the structure. However, we shall still mention that help in the form of technical assistance of AFVP of SCD from France and EED from Germany. The reinforcement of partnership with the state seems actually the only means for our actions durability and coherence with the sectorial strategies and the strategy document of reducing poverty (DSRP) recently approved. It is also at last, adopted to put in place a status of the NGO to confirm on the law of 1999. 1- JUDICIAL STATUS
